Traditional Biltong with Fat

Our original, traditional biltong with a good layer of fat. Handmade from fine cuts of local beef, it's a tasty, healthy, protein-rich snack made in the classic South African style. 

200g of beef are used for every 1oog of biltong, and we flavour it with coriander, salt, pepper, red wine vinegar and a touch of sugar. Our biltong is marinaded for a full 24 hours to get the flavour perfect, and then air dried for up to four days before being sliced and packed ready to eat.

the BEST biltong. perfect ratio of fat to meat, spicing is authentically south african, and moisture level spot on. you will not find better biltong outside (and dare i even say inside!) ZA.

Biltong fantastic, takes forever to come though, 10 days so far and counting. Last time a week and a half to arrive, and it's a mere 3 hour drive away from my house. Seriously need to sort that out.
